(This is a picture we took at the top)I don't know about the rest of you but I get sick of the usual runs and gym workouts.. Jesse and I took a hike up to waterfall canyon this week and it was so beautiful and for sure fulfilled our 45 mins of exercise... Right now with the spring thaw the water is incredible!!

Where is waterfall canyon? I haven't lived here very long but I love hiking...this looks beautiful!

To answer your questions..
the trail head for the waterfall is at the top of 29th st. in Ogden.. just drive til you can't anymore and the parking lot is right there.. I don't know how kid friendly it is.. we ran into several families on our way up and I would guess their youngest was around 7... There are a couple of spots that it might get a little tricky but it's a pretty decent trail that gets a little rocky towards the top!!!
